I am getting so excited to see Nic that I am already having trouble sleeping.  It is a quarter to 3 am here and I am still wide awake, thinking about all the things I need to get done before he is here for his week-long visit.  To top it off, I work both days this weekend which really cuts into the time I have to get things done.  But the overtime will be super nice, since I just received a raise not to long ago.

Sunday won’t be overtime, but since I am missing two work days next week, it will make up some of the $$ for me.

I am really excited for next Wednesday and for the week to follow.  I’ll have some homework to do, and I need to buckle down and decide once and for all what I want to minor in for college but I am hoping to get some input from Nic on that.

I changed my major from Human Resource Management to accounting.  I’ve done a lot of research lately and there is more long-term potential to accounting.  Not to mention that there are a lot of different career opportunities I didn’t even realize.  My college offers specializations and minors so I have an email in to my adviser to see if there are enough elective credits to do both a specialization and a minor.  If so, I am thinking of specializing in information systems, and maybe a minor in human resource management.

Long term speaking, I am probably going to pursue my MBA.  But for now, lets just focus on a Bachelor’s degree.

I better get my happy, uber excited butt to bed and at least pretend to sleep.
